COACHING IS:

  • 30% MOTIVATIONAL
  • 30% PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
  • 40% TECHNICAL COACHING

These percentages will change according to the age group, level of competition and team “makeup”.

A GOOD coach is able to successfully contribute to ALL these factors that will ultimately guide your players towards your common team goal.

A GOOD coach is able to combine the squad of players in the best-suited system and positions that will give them a platform to grow from.

A GOOD coach is disciplined.

A GOOD coach has energy and enthusiasm.

Developing a better team begins with you. To improve the team you need to improve the individuals on the team. Improving yourself will add value to your team.

Preparation can mean the difference between winning and losing. The man who is prepared has his battle half fought.

Prepare practice sessions know what you want to try and achieve within the session and allocate time for each exercise.
