NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE CHELMSFORD HOCKEY CLUB WILL BE HELD IN THE CLUBHOUSE, CHELMER PARK ON FRIDAY 22 JUNE 2012 AT 8 PM

  1. Apologies for absence
  2. Adoption of the minutes of the AGM held on 24 June 2011
  3. Matters arising
  4. To receive the Chairman’s report
  5. To receive the Treasurer’s report and to approve the draft accounts for the year ending 31 May 2012
  6. To set the subscriptions and match fees for the 2012/13 season.
  7. To receive a report on the Chelmsford Sports Club
  8. To receive a report on the Youth Section
  9. To receive a report on the Facilities Management
  10. Update on the Club Development Strategy - progress and next steps
  11. Election of 2012 Officers
  12. To appoint an accountant to review the accounts
  13. Any other business
